I am Monika, a goal strategy coach empowering my clients to succeed in their goals through their RAD potential that emphasizes authenticity and natural strengths. I am passionate about guiding especially women in a male dominated environment through confidence-building and self-empowerment.

With a decade of successfully using my full RAD potential having studied at the most prestigious universities, worked for top consulting firms and set a seemingly impossible cycling world record I use my experience to empower others to achieve their fullest potential.

Success is no coincidence! Take it in your hands and reach your RAD potential!
