The RAD potential coaching program consists of 1-on-1 sessions with world record holder Monika Sattler via Skype or in person that target the following topics:
- How to train mental strength
- How to overcome fear or doubts of going for or completing your challenge
- Tools that you can use during your challenge during the low moments
- How to overcome “hitting the wall”
- How to create confidence but not complacency
For 10 years I have been cycling, suffering and succeeding through the toughest challenges in the world and setting a world record (See my previous cycling challenges below). With my unique background, I successfully coach my clients in all stages through their process to achieve their goal.

What is behind RAD Potential Coaching? And why RAD?
Monika is the founder of RAD Potential Coaching, a world record holder, a multiple sponsored athlete racing ultra-endurance cycling events and targeting a new world record in 2019.
As a former management consultant she understands, has adapted to and excelled in both, the cycling and corporate world. She has lived in five countries and speaks three languages (English, German, Spanish).
She is also a numerous academic and athletic scholarship recipient, former Division I Volleyball player, professional cyclist and adventure racer, author and speaker.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryant University, a Masters of Arts in International Security from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from University of Minnesota.
